City of San Ramon Multi-Family Bin & Cart Request – 5 or more units

ACI of San Ramon provides integrated waste collection services at multi-family residential complexes a minimum of once per week. Customer may choose to use collection carts or bins which are shared by the occupants of the complex. ACI of San Ramon offers collection carts with capacities ranging from thirty five (35) to ninety-six (96) gallons and bins with capacity ranging from one (1) to six (6) cubic yards. As directed by customer, ACI of San Ramon will service carts from a curbside, backyard or side-yard location. ACI will service bins curbside or customer may choose on-premises collection (if over 25 feet) for a fee. ACI of San Ramon staff is happy to assist customers with choosing containers that will best suit their needs.

This deposit is required for each bin depending upon amount of service. Deposit is refundable when account is closed and balance paid. We accept company check, money order, credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard & Discover) or cash (no third-party checks).
